14. AI and Mental Health Data Processing

Our AI voice companion service is designed with your privacy and well-being in mind:

  • No Human Listeners: By default, your conversations are not listened to or reviewed by human staff.

  • Psyche does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.
  • Psyche is not designed for crisis management or emergency situations.
  • In case of emergency, crisis, or urgent mental health concerns, please immediately contact your local emergency services, crisis hotline, healthcare provider, or relevant mental health authorities. Do not rely on Psyche for emergency or crisis support.
  • Our AI companion is designed to offer everyday support, a safe space for expression, and helpful guidance for your mental well-being journey during non-crisis situations.

16. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16 (or other applicable age of consent). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
